Use this channel for suspected illegal activity or serious Acceptable Use violations on a Booking Hub page — especially anything involving minors, trafficking, non-consensual material, or other criminal content. This is our notice point for the invite-only pilot, aligned with EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action expectations for online service providers.
Ordinary account or booking questions are not handled here — contact the hub operator, or email bookinhub@zohomail.eu for product support.
What to include
- Hub slug or full URL of the page concerned (required)
- Clear description of what happened and when
- Why you believe it is illegal or violates our Terms (cite a law or Terms section if you can)
- Links, screenshots, or other evidence
- Your name and a contact email for follow-up
- A good-faith statement that the information in the notice is accurate
How we handle reports
- Priority triage for reports involving minors, CSAM indicators, or imminent harm — we may pause the hub immediately while reviewing and may involve competent authorities.
- For other credible reports we review available evidence and may pause the hub, remove access, preserve logs, or escalate when required by Romanian or EU law.
- When you provide a working contact email, we aim to acknowledge good-faith illegal-content notices within a few business days. Incomplete, abusive, or clearly bad-faith notices may receive no reply.
- Booking disputes between a fan and a creator (refunds, no-shows, service quality) are not handled here — contact the hub operator directly.
- Misuse of this channel (knowingly false or harassing reports) may itself violate the law or our Terms.
