Pilot status and who we are

Booking Hub is an invite-only software pilot for adult creators (18+) who need private session scheduling links. It is operated by a natural person resident in Romania who is in the process of incorporating a Romanian limited liability company (SRL). Until the SRL is registered and these pages are updated with the company name, CUI (tax ID), and registered office, contracts and notices are with that natural person as pilot operator — not with a registered company.

This is a limited pilot: access is invitation-based, features may change or break, and the product is not yet a fully commercial regulated SaaS offering. English text controls. A Romanian summary may be published later; if there is a conflict, the English version prevails.

Acceptance

By creating or administering a hub, signing in, or clicking to accept these Terms in hub Settings, you agree to this version. If you do not agree, do not use Booking Hub. Acceptance is recorded per hub for the current Terms version and stays in force for ordinary settings/form edits. When we publish a substantive update and bump the Terms version, the hub owner must accept the new version once before managing the hub again; continued use after that re-acceptance means you agree to the new version.

Fans who only submit a public booking form are not parties to these Operator Terms; the booking request is primarily between the Fan and the Operator. Fans are still covered by the Privacy notice for data we process as a service provider / processor.

Definitions

In these Terms:

• “Platform”, “Booking Hub”, “we”, “us”: the pilot software and its operator described above
• “Operator”, “you”: the invited person who owns or administers a hub
• “Fan” / “Client”: an end user who submits a public booking form on /book/[slug]
• “Hub”: a tenant booking workspace (services, availability, form, flags, calendar connection)

Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract under Romanian law (or the law of your residence, if stricter). You may use a hub only for lawful activity. You must not use Booking Hub to target, involve, advertise to, or depict minors (under 18) in any way, including “barely legal” framing aimed at minors.

Fans who book must also be 18+. Operators are responsible for age-gating and refusing underage bookings in their own workflows. The marketing age notice is a Platform control; it does not replace Operator diligence.

What Booking Hub is (and is not)

Booking Hub provides scheduling software: hub catalog and form, availability, booking holds/confirmations, optional email flows, and optional Google Calendar hooks. We do not process fan payments, run an adult discovery directory, host paid media libraries as a marketplace, or act as an escort agency, employer, or party to the Operator–Fan contract.

Any session price shown on a hub is informational between Operator and Fan. Payment, refunds, cancellations, and service quality are solely between them unless a future paid plan with a registered entity and payment provider says otherwise in writing.

Your role as hub Operator

If you run a booking page here, you are solely responsible for:

• The legality of your services and how you advertise them under Romanian, EU, and any other applicable law
• Taxes, invoicing, consumer-facing disclosures, and any licences required for your activity
• Questions on your booking form and any Fan personal data you choose to collect (you are typically the controller of that Fan relationship — see Privacy)
• Gallery items, media URLs, and external profile links you publish when those features are enabled
• Responding to Fan complaints, no-shows, and booking disputes
• Securing your Google account used for sign-in and any connected calendar
• Not collecting data from Fans that you have no lawful basis to process

Acceptable use

You must not use Booking Hub for:

• Illegal services, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual imagery/services
• Anything involving minors (under 18)
• Malware, spam, scraping abuse, credential stuffing, or bypassing access controls, rate limits, or CAPTCHA
• Impersonation or publishing another person’s private data without a lawful basis
• Using the Platform to facilitate crimes under the Romanian Criminal Code or applicable EU law

Suspension and reports

We may pause hubs, revoke invites, delete accounts, or preserve logs when we reasonably believe these Terms, our Acceptable Use rules, or the law may be violated, or when we receive a credible abuse report. We are not obliged to monitor all Operator content proactively, but we may act on notices. Nothing here limits mandatory duties under the EU Digital Services Act or other law once they apply to us as the service grows.

Platform licence

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Booking Hub during the pilot for your lawful hub. You do not acquire ownership of the software, branding, or infrastructure. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Privacy, cookies, and electronic communications

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy notice (/privacy), which forms part of the information we give Operators and Fans. By accepting these Terms as an Operator you also acknowledge that notice.

Under Romanian Law no. 506/2004 (electronic communications / ePrivacy), storing or accessing information on a user’s device generally requires prior informed consent, except for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service the user requested. Booking Hub currently uses only strictly necessary cookies / local storage (sign-in security, soft booking locks) and preference storage set after you take an action (18+ confirmation, language choice). Traffic analytics is cookieless and does not set an analytics cookie. Details: /privacy#cookies.

No warranty / limitation of liability

The pilot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by Romanian and EU law.

To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for Operator–Fan disputes, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or data loss caused by third-party providers (hosting, email, OAuth, CAPTCHA). Where liability cannot be excluded (including for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that cannot be waived under Romanian consumer/mandatory rules if they apply), our aggregate liability for the pilot is limited to EUR 0 for free pilot access, or the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim if paid plans exist.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your hub content, your services, your Fan data practices, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights that cannot be waived if you qualify as a consumer under applicable law (Operators using the hub for business are generally not consumers).

Transition to SRL

When the Romanian SRL is incorporated, we intend to update these Terms and the Privacy notice with the company name, CUI, registered office, and (where required) data-protection contacts. Your continued use after notice and any required re-acceptance will transfer the contractual relationship to that SRL on the updated terms. Pilot data may be transferred to the SRL as successor operator/controller as described in the Privacy notice.
